Senior Daniel Levine, junior Jackson Crane, and sophomore Ehsan Izadmehr

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Senior Daniel Levine (Succasunna, N.J.), junior Jackson Crane (San Francisco, Calif.), and sophomore Ehsan Izadmehr (Wayne, N.J.) were selected to the Northeast Fencing Conference (NFC) All-Star Second Team. The accolades marked the ninth straight season MIT has received multiple honors from the league.

Levine earned his second nod in a row following a 19-5 record in foil action while Crane picked up his third award after going 22-6 in the epee field. Already having an impressive rookie campaign, Izadmehr's ledger of 24-6 was good for sabre second-team plaudits.

Levine, Crane, and Izadmehr will be joined by Thomas Boning, senior Benjamin Nield (Preston, Wash.), sophomore Joseph Rafidi (Los Angeles Calif.), senior Vinayak Ramesh (El Dorado Hills, Calif.), junior Alexander Siy, and freshman David Wyrobnik (Frankfurt am Main, Germany) at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championship hosted by Boston College on Sunday, March 11.
