Tim Viall is in his second season at MIT as a member of Coach Martinovich's staff. He will be working with the quarterbacks and running backs for the Engineers.

During the 2010 football season he was the defensive coordinator at Middleboro High School in Middleboro, Massachusetts. His defensive unit held three opponents to a touchdown or less, including posting shutouts in the final two games of the season. In addition to his coordinator duties he also coached the wide receiver and defensive back positions.

Viall graduated from Endicott College in 2010 with a bachelor of science degree in physical education. He was three-year starter for the Gulls football squad as a tight end and was an All-New England Football Conference selection in 2008. As a senior in 2009 he was a team captain and was named Endicott's offensive MVP.
