MIT Men's Tennis Edges Out Tufts, 4-3

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - MIT won four of six singles matches, helping it defeat Tufts University, 4-3, on Thursday. Evan Tindell was a double-winner for the Engineers (4-3). Paired with Thomas Dohlman, he led Tech to its only win in doubles action, posting an 8-3 victory. In the No. 2 position, Mark Egan and Eric Beren fell, 8-6, while Kevin Durand and Krishna Pokala lost, 8-3.

In singles play, Dohlman dropped a 6-3, 6-1 decision in the second spot. Beren, Egan, and Durand won their matches in the next three positions. Pokala lost a tough match in the No. 6 spot, falling 6-3, 7-6 (0).
