MIT Men's Cross Country Finishes in 9th Place at the N.E. Div. III Regional Championship

WESTFIELD, Mass. – MIT men's cross country team came ninth out of 50 teams at the New England Division III Regional Championship, finishing closely behind Connecticut College and a few better than Keene State. MIT's highest finisher was junior Roy Wedge (Lawrence, Kan.), who completed the 8k course in 27^th place with a time of 25:29.83.

Following behind Wedge in 45^th place was junior Justin Bullock (Detroit, Mich.), who crossed the line 25:55.00. Soon after was senior Benjamin Mattocks (Sharon, Mass. ) with a final time of 26:03.70, freshman Ian Tolan (Binghamton,  N.Y.) with a time of 26:21.38 and sophomore Benji Xie (El Dorado Hills, Calif.) in 26:28.76.

Freshman Edgar Gridello (Douvainer, France) followed in 75^th place and sophomore Allen Leung (Arcadia, Calif.) broke the tape in 82^nd place.
