- Location: Indianapolis, Ind. (Indiana State Fair Coliseum)

- The Lead: Following the conclusion of the first three rounds of epee competition on Saturday, MIT sophomore Helen Sakharova (Ridgewood, N.J.) ranked 17th out of 24 epee participants at the NCAA Fencing Championship. The lone Division III qualifier, she compiled a record of 6-9 to help her move up the standings during her national debut.
