- The Lead: MIT sophomore Helen Sakharova (Ridgewood, N.J.) concluded her first trip to the NCAA Fencing Championship by placing 24th in the epee standings. In Sunday's action, she defeated Jessie Gottesman-Radanovich (Penn State) but lost five bouts by a 5-4 margin.
