Isabella DiDio Collects NEWMAC Weekly Honors
BOSTON, Mass. – MIT sophomore Isabella DiDio (Jenkintown, Pa.) was named the NEWMAC Women’s Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week after tallying 16 goals, one assist, and 17 draw controls as the Engineers have opened the season with a 3-0 ledger.

Engineers Rally to Defeat Roger Williams, 14-12
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Six second-half goals by sophomore Isabella DiDio (Jenkintown, Pa.) helped fuel MIT’s 14-12 come-from-behind victory over Roger Williams University in a non-conference women’s lacrosse game on Saturday. DiDio finished with a game-high seven goals and seven draw controls for the Engineers (3-0), who are enjoying their best start in program history. For the Hawks (0-3), junior Kristen Pingree (Georgetown, Mass.) led the way with three goals and an assist.

MIT Tops Lasell, 18-12
NEWTON, Mass. – The MIT women’s lacrosse team outscored host Lasell College, 8-3, during the final 23 minutes of regulation en route to an 18-12 victory on Tuesday afternoon. Sophomore Kira Schott (New Canaan, Conn.) amassed six goals, seven draw controls, and two groundballs as the Engineers improved to 2-0 on the season.

Women's Lacrosse Defeats Mount Ida, 18-9, in Season Opener
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – In the first meeting between both programs, the MIT women’s lacrosse team came out on top as it defeated Mount Ida College, 18-9, on Saturday afternoon. Sophomore Isabella DiDio (Jenkintown, Pa.) and freshman Hannah Levy (Yardley, Pa.) paced the Engineers (1-0) with six goals apiece while freshman Rebecca Beaulieu (Weare, N.H.) led the Mustangs (0-1) with four goals.
