AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2007-08: Swam on the 800 FreeRelay team, which achieved an NCAA "B" cut time of 7:49.53. SecuredSecond-Team All-Conference honors for her performances in the 200,400, and 800 Free Relays. All three relays are among the fastest inschool history. Individually, reached the championship final in the200 Free, where she placed 5th. Her preliminary time of 1:59.98 wasa lifetime-best time and her first time under the 2-minute barrier.Also placed 11th in the 50 Free (25.21) and the 100 Free (55.19).
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2006-07: Scored big points forthe Engineers in her first NEWMACs by reaching the championshipfinal in the 100 (55.46) and 200 Free (2:01.45), placing 8th inboth. Added to her point tally with a 15th place finish in the 50Free (25.56). Also a driving force in MIT's Freestyle relays, as amember of MIT's "A" 400 Free Relay, which placed 4th, the "B" 800Free Relay, which she anchored to an 11th-place finish--ahead ofall other "B' teams, and the "B" 200 Free Relay, which also placed11th.
HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year letter-winner atWaterville High School in Waterville, ME...qualified for the MaineState Meet all-four years...placed 5th in the 200 Free at the MaineState meet as a senior...qualified for New Englands as asenior...awarded Most Improved Swimmer (2004) and MVP (2005,2006)...a captain as a senior.
