Why I Chose MIT: I chose MIT, not only because of the great education I'd get, but because of the opportunities that I would have here. I can get the best education in the world while playing competitive sports, researching in a lab, and doing almost anything else that I choose while meeting phenomenal people in a great city.

High School: A 2011 graduate of University Laboratory School...captain...all-state...all-star east team...all-metro...District III MVP...three-year letterwinner...was also the captain of the basketball and track and field teams where she earned four and three varsity letters, respectively...captured the state championship in the 4x400 relay and was the runner-up in the 400 meter dash...received all-state and all-metro honors for track and field...academic all-state for all three sports...National Merit Achievement finalist...Wendy High School Heisman...American Chemical Society Scholar.
