The MIT men's fencing team captured second place at the New England Intercollegiate Fencing Conference Championship on Saturday at Brandeis University. The foil team claimed first place with a 28-5 ledger, helping it earn the Silvio Vitale Cup, which goes to the squad with the highest winning percentage. This is the second year in a row the Engineers received this award as the epee team won the cup in 2020.
