In a 2-0 win over WPI, Cartwright threw a complete-game, four-hit shutout with 10 strikeouts to complete the regular-season series sweep of WPI and earn his fourth straight victory. He also hit .294 at the plate with five hits, six runs scored, one home run and two runs batted in.
