Emily Haig & Greta Farrell, Women’s Sailing

Freshman Emily Haig and senior Greta Farrell teamed up to help the No. 13 women’s sailing team to a strong performance at the Reed Trophy over the weekend. Haig and Farrell dominated the B Division at the competition, taking first place with 29 points. Combined with 94 points from the A Division, that moved MIT to a sixth place finish overall with 123 points. The women’s sailing team also qualified for the 2018 ICSA Women’s National Championship in May, their second appearance in three years.
