In a pair of near must-win games for the Engineers, Meyer threw a pair of complete-game, NEWMAC road victories as he defeated WPI and Babson. Over 16 innings pitched, Meyer scattered 13 hits and six runs while striking out 14 and walking just two with a .203 batting average against. In the road win over Babson on Saturday, Meyer threw 143 pitches over nine innings with six strikeouts and no walks to seal the victory over the Beavers after striking out a season-high eight in the win over WPI earlier in the week.
