Grad student CJ McCarthy had an impressive week for the Engineers baseball team, recording five hits in 12 at-bats, including a double, a triple and a home run. McCarthy had five RBIs, five runs scored and reached base on a walk as MIT finished the week with a 1-2 record that included a 13-3 victory over No. 7/8 Salve Regina. In McCarthy's first season at MIT he is now batting .322 with five doubles and three home runs.
