Rookie coxswain Daphne Rodas is making an immediate impact on the women’s openweight crew program. Since making her debut with the Engineers 2V4 on April 5, she has helped the boat go undefeated in their last three outings, including a pair of victories at the Knecht Cup. Last weekend, she guided the 2V4 to a first-place time of 8:09.6, ahead of boats from Boston College and UConn as the Engineers reclaimed the BC/MIT Cup for the first time since 2022.
