Pauline Vien amassed 24 saves, four groundballs, and one caused turnover in helping MIT capture the NEWMAC Women's Lacrosse Championship last week. In a 9-6 semifinal win over Springfield on Wednesday, she totaled 11 saves and one groundball. Vien followed this up with 13 saves, three groundballs, and one caused turnover in a 16-6 victory against No. 14 Babson in the title game on Saturday. Her performances resulted in her being named the NEWMAC Tournament Most Outstanding Player.
