First-year Keith Lamp went 3-0 against Brown’s Blake Gilbert-Bono to help the Engineers to their first win over Brown since 1997-98 and the program’s first ever Summers Cup National Championship. Lamp and Gilbert-Bono traded the first two sets, but it was Lamp who came out on top 11-5, 9-11, 11-9, 11-4 at position six to give the Engineers a 3-0 lead in the match.
