In MIT’s opening weekend, Ruth Lanouette averaged 15.5 points and 4.5 steals. She paced the Engineers with 17 points and had a game-high four steals while adding four rebounds and three assists in a 64-50 win at Caltech on Saturday. The next day, Lanouette recorded 14 points and a team-best five steals in a 73-65 loss to Pomona-Pitzer.
