Pierce, a sophomore guard, led the way for the Engineers in a 2-0 week that included victories over Clark and WPI. Pierce filled the stat sheet in a victory against Clark with 12 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals before scoring a career-high 23 points to lead the team in scoring in a victory over WPI. Pierce also chipped in 6 rebounds and 2 assists in the win.
