Pertsemlidis advanced to the semifinals of the singles draw of the 2021 MIT Invitational this past weekend as she dropped a hard-fought 4-6, 7-6, 10-7 final to No. 7 seeded Elle Christensen of Tufts in the final four. In the round of 16, she defeated No. 4 seeded Venia Yeung of Wesleyan by a 6-4, 7-6 margin. Pertsemlidis advanced to the semifinals of the singles bracket after advancing to the finals of the doubles bracket as a first-year in 2019.
