On Saturday afternoon, the MIT women's openweight crew team was led by a victory from the 2V8 boat as the Engineers rowed a trio of eights at the Head of the Fish. In the Women's Collegiate 2V8+, the MIT 2V8 boat attacked the race from the start and crossed in a time of 11:33.61 to win by six seconds over the field of 23 crews.
