The Lead: In a matchup of two nationally ranked teams and the last two unbeatens in the NEWMAC, it was the visiting Babson men's tennis team who came away with a 6-3 win over the MIT men's tennis team to secure the top-seed in next weekend's NEWMAC Tennis Championship.

Kailas Kahler (Pawtucket, R.I.) won a grueling three-set match over Brooks Green in No. 1 singles and sophomore
Ryan Xiao (Cary, N.C.) came away with the 6-2, 6-1 win in four singles.

- The Beavers took wins in two, three and six singles to secure the match.

Richter Jordaan (Denver, Colo.) won in five singles 6-1, 7-6.
