WESTWOOD, Mass. – The MIT women's cross country team earned a NEWMAC best 13 Academic All-Conference Team awards, as announced by the conference on Thursday. A total of 84 student-athletes across the NEWMAC earned the award in 2024.
Honorees must have met the following criteria: earned a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5/4.0 scale or 4.35/5.0 scale after the 2024 spring semester, achieved second-year academic status at their institution, and been a member of the varsity team for the entire season.

- Lidia Prokopovych (So. | Cambridge, Mass.)
- Gillian Roeder (Gr. | Delmar, N.Y.)
- Kate Sanderson (Jr. | West Hartford, Conn.)
- Rujuta Sane (Jr. | Chandler, Ariz.)
Roeder was recognized for the fourth time by the NEWMAC. Crow, Everett, Fernandez, Flowers, Hovendon, Sanderson and Sane each earned the honor for the second time, while Diulus, Girand, Jensen, Kraus and Prokopovych earned recognition for the first time.
