Aaron Baumgarten is in his fifth year as volunteer assistant coach with the MIT men's heavyweight team. After rowing for four years at the Institute as an undergraduate, Baumgarten will be bringing his perspective on rowing at MIT to the heavyweight walk-ons.

Baumgarten graduated from MIT in 2016, majoring in aerospace engineering. He is currently pursuing graduate studies at MIT in the same field.
