Before MIT:
- Attended Joliet High School graduated in 2026
- Competed in cross country, track, and Lincoln-Douglas debate freshman through senior year
- Was speech and debate team captain sophomore through senior year and track team captain senior year
- Was Class B state champion in the 800m and 1600m junior year and set the Class B state record in the 800m
- USATF Junior Olympic Nationals 2000m steeplechase runner-up
- Mens 17-18 Division 2025
- 4th Place USATF Junior Olympic Nationals 3000m
- Mens 17-18 Division 2025
- USATF Montana Athlete of the Year (Mens 17-18), 2024 and 2025
