2018: Competed in three events... Placed 93rd at the Purple Valley Classic in a time of 28:03.5... Was 64th in the sub-varsity race at the NEICAAA Championship with a time of 27:53.52... Placed 16th at the NEWMAC Championship in 27:23.

2017: NEWMAC All-Conference... Placed 140th at the Purple Valley Classic in 28:46.2, followed by a 23rd-place showing in the sub-varsity race at the NEICAAA Championship in 26:58.9... Finished seventh at the NEWMAC Championship in 26:06 and 40th at the NCAA Regional in a time of 26:17.5... Placed 196th at the NCAA Championship, crossing in 26:04.86.

2016: Finished 134th in his first race at the Purple Valley Classic, crossing in 27:51.2... Was 152nd in the sub-varsity race at the NEICAAA Championship in 29:35.8, along with a 28th-place finish at the NEWMAC Championship in 27:06.

Off the Cross Country Trail: Majoring in philosophy... UROP in the Nuclear Physics Department and the MIT LNS.

High School: Ran cross country and indoor and outdoor track at Corning-Painted Post High School... Four-year letterwinner in all three sports... All-American, All-State, All-Conference and All-Section... State Medalist in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in a time of 9:27... Two-time National Medalist in the 2,000-meter steeplechase in a time of 6:00... Member of the National Honor Society... Member of the Harris Hill Soaring Club, the Choristers and the Corning Drama Club... High honors student... Earned the Bongs Jewler Science Award and the United States Army Award.
