  • Ran his best 8k time of the season at the season-opening Cardinal Invitational on Sept. 20, finishing 54th in 26:36.7
  • Was 408th at the Paul Short Run with an 8k time of 27:51.3 on Oct. 3
  • Recorded a time of 27:33.9 to finish 13th at the Connecticut College Invitational on Oct. 18
  • Finished in 43rd place at the NEWMAC Championships with a time of 27:38.5

2024:

  • Ran a career-best 26:58.7 8k to earn a 78th-place finish at the 2024 Connecticut College Invitational 
  • Competed at the 2024 NEWMAC Championships, placing 65th, running a 27:51.7 8k
