Biography
Before MIT:
- Ran a 4:13.47 full mile
- Posted a 9:00.67 in the 3200m, ranking US#24 and Florida#5 at the time
- Recorded a 15:02 5K, the second-fastest time in school history
- Earned All-State honors in cross country as a junior and senior
- Earned All-State honors in the 1600m in track as a junior
- Was named the school's Athlete of the Month as a junior and senior
- Helped lead the cross country team to a 2nd-place finish at the state championships and a 24th-place national finish as a senior
Personal:
- Earned National Merit Finalist recognition as a senior
- Recognized as an AP Scholar with Distinction during sophomore and junior years
- Placed 5th statewide in the Lockheed Martin Code Quest competition as a senior
- Qualified for the state level three times and earned FTC Robotics League Champion honors during freshman, junior, and senior years
- Received the FTC Robotics League Design Award as a sophomore and senior
