2025:

  • Competed in all six events, finishing in the top 15 three times on the season
  • Opened the year with an 11th place finish at the Cardinal Invitational on Sept., finishing in 24:58.3
  • Finished 38th (25:11.5) at the Paul Short Run on Oct. 3
  • Ran a season-best 24:51.5 8k to finish 41st at the Connecticut College Invitational onn Oct. 18
  • Earn All-Conference honors by finishing 6th (25:35.3) at the NEWMAC Championships
  • Ran to All-Region honors at the NCAA Division III East Regional, finishing 13th in 25:01.5
  • Closed out the year with an 81st place (25:09.7) finish in his first NCAA Division III Championship appearance

2024: 

  • Competed in four events, earning one top-twenty finishes 
  • Ran a career-best 25:53.5 8k to earn a 19th-place finish at the 2024 Connecticut College Invitational 
  • Competed at the 2024 NEWMAC Championships, placing 27th, running a 26:20.8 8k

  • Graduated from Hopkins Senior High School 
  • Cross Country: Two-time All-State, two-time Academic All-State, three-time All-Conference 
  • Track and Field: All-State, two-time All-Conference, Mr. Track and Field nominee
