  • Made five appearances during the season, earning one top 20 finish
  • Opened the season at the Cardinal Invitational on Sept. 20, earning 31st place with a time of 25:48.4
  • Finished 88th overall at the Paul Short Run on Oct. 3 with a time of 25:39.9
  • Recorded a season best 25:10.7 8k at the Connecticut College Invitational on Oct. 18, placing 69th in the field
  • Finished 18th at the NEWMAC Championships with a time of 26:29.5
  • Made his final appearance of the season at the NCAA Division III East Regional, placing 37th with a time of 25:52.6

2024: 

  • Competed in four events, earning one top-ten finishes
  • Ran a career-best 26:00.0 8k to earn a 18th-place finish at the 2024 NEWMAC Championships
