2025: 

  • Mainstay appeared in five events and recorded two top 10 finishes during his sophomore campaign
  • Opened the season with a fifth place performance at the Cardinal Invitational with a time of 24:46.8
  • Was 99th in 25:45.5 to finish inside the top 100 at the Paul Short Run on Oct. 3
  • Ran a season-best 24:21.2 8k to finish 12th at the Connecticut College Invitational on Oct. 18, earning NEWMAC Runner of the Week for his performance
  • Took 3rd at the NEWMAC Conference Championships, claiming All-Conference honors with a time of 25:13.3
  • Earned his first All-America honor with a 27th place (24:32.6) finish at the NCAA Division III Championships

2024: 

  • Competed in six events, earning two top-ten finishes 
  • Ran a career-best 25:09.3 8k to earn a 7th-place finish at the 2024 NEWMAC Championships 
  • Competed at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships, running a 25:51.5 8k
