  • Standout season included six appearances, three top 10 finishes and five top 20 appearances
  • Finished 3rd overall at the Cardinal Invitational on Sept. 20 in 24:43.4, earning NEWMAC Runner of the Week accolades for his performance
  • Was 19th at the Paul Short Run with a 24:53.3 8k on Oct. 3, leading to his second straight NEWMAC Runner of the Week honor
  • Recorded a season-best 24:21.1 8k at the Connecticut College Invitational on Oct. 18, placing 11th overall in 24:21.1
  • Earn All-Conference honors as the individual runner-up (25:11.8) at the NEWMAC Championships
  • Finished 6th at the NCAA Division III East Regional in 24:37.7 to claim All-Region accolades

2024:

  • Finished ninth at the NEWMAC Championship in 25:31.0 and 18th at the NCAA East Regional in 25:10.5 
  • Placed 150th at the NCAA DIII Cross Country Championship with a time of 26:00.4
