Gerard Miniaci enters his first season as an assistant on Head Coach Ken Bovell's staff for the 2025 season.

Miniaci joins the Engineers from Holy Cross where he was an assistant from 2023-2025. He also had stops at James Madison, the Virginia Military Institute, and New England College. 

Miniaci earned a Bachelor's of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Bridgewater College in 2013 and went on to earn his MBA in Sports and Recreation Management from New England College in 2020.
