Why I Chose MIT: I chose MIT because I saw that it provided the perfect balance of work, social life, and athletics. In looking at colleges, I was looking for a balance that maximized both my opportunities and my happiness over these four years. It wasn't long before I found that I would have that balance here. Once I discovered that MIT had a Men's Volleyball program, it was an easy decision.

High School: A 2012 graduate of Lake Park High School...all-conference...all-conference academic...varsity letterwinner...team captured the 2012 conference, regional, and sectional championships...National Honor Society officer...National Merit Scholarship finalist...AMC Math Competition 10th grade school winner...AP Scholar with Distinction...Illinois State Scholar.
