Why I Chose MIT: I chose MIT because MIT has the right mix of working hard and playing hard. The academics are tough but MIT students do not take themselves too seriously and just enjoy living and being young. On the athletics side, I chose MIT because the student-athletes are driven individuals who want to succeed academically and athletically. They study hard, but play harder and the fiery enthusiasm students-athletes at MIT have for life is shown in their passionate pursuit of both academic and athletic success.
