Why I Chose MIT: I chose MIT because the opportunities surrounding an MIT student athlete are incredible. Whether competing at a high level on the court, giving those extra hours to lift, studying with friends off the court, helping research in a lab, or something else, there's never a dull moment. Furthermore, MIT's collaborative and friendly environment is truly unique for such a high achieving university and stands out as soon as you walk on campus. Thus, in short, coaches, teachers, and the entire MIT staff are always there to help you pursue an incredible variety of opportunities.
