2016: UVC All-Academic … played in 36 sets … racked up 10 kills, three aces, and two blocks against Newbury (2/2) … posted eight kills and five digs versus Bard (1/29) … recorded seven kills against Daniel Webster (2/4).
2015: UVC All-Academic … played in 27 sets … tallied five aces, three digs, and two kills versus Newbury (2/7) … posted three kills at Mount Ida (2/18).
Off the Court at MIT: Majoring in computer science and electrical engineering … completed internships at Acutec Precision Machining and the Loccioni Group … Kappa Sigma community service chair.
Why I Chose MIT: I chose MIT because it offered me the one of the best educations in the country and a chance to continue playing volleyball. I knew that I wanted to continue my volleyball career but I also wanted the strong focus on academics, especially engineering and computer science, that MIT provides. The awesome people and great location made it an even easier decision.
High School: A 2014 graduate of Meadville Area Senior High School … all-district … all-region … three-time varsity letterwinner … also earned three varsity letters for cross country … salutatorian … National Honor Society president … French Club vice-president … Senior Council treasurer … High Honor Roll … Barco All-Athlete Scholarship … Navy Leadership Award.
