Why I Chose MIT: During my college application process, I knew I wanted to go to a place that would challenge me academically while also giving me a chance to continue my volleyball career. But beyond the reason of being able to satisfy my basic goals, MIT stood out as my top choice because of its amazingly supportive student body. Even when we have to compete against each other, we genuinely try our best to help each other become better. The amount of support I receive from my peers made MIT the place at which I wanted to spend my next four years.
