Biography

2012-13: Competed in 15 regattas as the crew...named to the ICSA All-Academic second team...contributed to 12th-place finishes in the A and B Divisions of the ICSA Coed National Championship as MIT ranked 14th overall (5/30)...placed sixth in both the A and B Divisions of the ICSA Western Semifinal (4/28)...was 11th at the New England Team Race Championship (5/5)...ranked 12th in the A Division of the NEISA Dinghy Championship (4/14)...won the A Division of the Firefly and FJ Invite (10/13)...captured fourth place in the B Division of the Smith Trophy (9/29) and secured the same spot in the C Division of the Boston Dinghy Club Challenge Cup (3/24)...finished fifth in the B Division of the Hood Trophy (9/23).

2011-12: Competed in three regattas as the crew...contributed to MIT's eighth-place finish at the Sharpe Trophy (3/14)...ranked 14th in the B Division of the BU Bridge Invite (3/25)...helped MIT secure fourth place at the Ferrarone Team Race (4/1).

2010-11: Competed in eight regattas as the crew...member of the A Division boat that finished second at the Commonwealth Series (9/26)...placed eighth in the A Division of the Wood Trophy (3/12) and the BU Trophy (4/2)...member of the A Division boat that finished 14th at the NEISA Coed Dinghy Championship (4/17)...placed 11th in the A Division and second in the B Division of the Admiral's Cup (4/23).

On Dry Land at MIT: Majoring in mathematics...conducted a UROP with Professor Kumar of the MIT Department of Mathematics...MIT Outing Club president...Maslab.

High School: A 2009 graduate of Kartousschule Hohe Promenade...two-time Bronze medalist at the International Math Olympiad.
