Biography

2013-14: Did not compete in a regatta.

2012-13: Competed in seven regattas as the crew...named to the ICSA All-Academic All-Conference Team...was the runner-up in the A Division of the FJ Invite (9/16)...captured third place in the A Divisions of the Toni Deutsch Regatta (9/9) and Yale Women's Intersectional (10/14)...finished fifth in the A Division of the Victorian Coffee Urn (10/28)...ranked eighth in the A Division of the Stu Nelson Trophy (10/21).

2011-12: Competed in seven regattas as the crew...finished seventh in the A Division of the Charles River Invitational (10/2)...contributed to MIT's eighth-place finish at the Duplin Trophy (3/25)...ranked eighth in the B Division of the President's Trophy (4/8)...competed in both the A and B Divisions of the Navy Intersectional (3/11), finishing 14th and 15th, respectively...was 15th in the B Division of the Emily Wick Trophy (4/15) and the George Morris Trophy (4/29).

2010-11: Competed in two regattas as the crew...captured first place at the Midweek Tech Invite (4/12)...member of the A Division boat that finished fifth in the Central Series 4 (4/9).

On Dry Land at MIT: Majoring in mathematics with a minor in electrical engineering and computer science...completed an internship as a Bigdata engineer at Cargometrics...also interned at Bloomberg LP in New York City...was a market analyst intern with an asset management company in Shanghai, China...conducted a UROP with MIT's Center for Collective Intelligence where she was a software/web developer with the specifica project in the Climate CoLab...also did a UROP with the Mediated Matter Group at the MIT Media Lab.

High School: A 2010 graduate of Thomas Wootton High School...competed on the indoor track and field team...Maryland Scholar...National Scholar...two-time first place finisher at regional TEAMS engineering competition...first place at Newton's Nightmare physics competition.
