Madison Milaszewski enters her fourth season as an assistant coach with the MIT softball program in 2024.

Milaszewski works with the MIT pitchers and helped Caroline Langmeyer become just the third Engineer to ever win 20+ games in the 2023 season. Milaszewski andthe staff were named the 2023 NEWMAC Coaching Staff of the Year and the NFCA Region II Coaching Staff of the Year as they team posted a 36-8 record and won the NEWMAC Championship and NCAA Regional Championship. 

Milaszewski was a four-year member of the Dickinson College softball team and over the course of her collegiate career was named as a Fastpitch News Honorable Mention All-American, to the NFCA All-Atlantic Regional Team and to the All-Centennial Conference Team three times. She was the 2019 Centennial Conference Pitcher of the Year and picked up Pitcher of the Week honors five times over her career.

In four seasons with the Red Devils, Milaszewski posted a record of 40-33 which was highlighted by a 15-6 mark in 2019. In a total of 548.2 innings in the circle, Milaszewski registered 452 strikeouts, 55 complete games and an ERA of 2.23.

When not playing softball at Dickinson, she was a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, a Peer Educator and Director for the Prevention, Education and Advocacy Center and a Volunteer for U-Turn.

Milaszewski currently serves as a Research Associate at Genocea Biosciences in Cambridge and has been there either as an employee or an intern since May of 2017.

Milaszewski graduated from Dickinson College in 2019 with a degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology and Biology
