Megan Cook

Megan Cook is in her first season as an assistant coach under Head Coach Brooke Kalman for the 2021-22 season. She will will primarily work with pitchers, but will also assist program development, and the outfield 

Cook comes to MIT from Regis College where she spent the last two as a Graduate Assistant coach. She also coaches the Mass Raiders 18U Travel Ball Team (a top program in New England) and was also a Graduate Assistant Strength Coach at UMass Lowell. 

She played at Division II Merrimack College. She had a 1.39 ERA as a senior and a career ERA of 2.07. She graduated 6th all time in both strikeouts (359) and innings pitched (481). While at Merrimack she was named Conference Pitcher of the Year, All Region Pitcher of the Year, and an All-American.

Cook has Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine and two Masters of Science degrees- Exercise and Sport Science and a Master of Science in Health Administration. In addition, she is a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach.
