Tori Constantin

Tori Constantin enters her first season as an assistant coach with the MIT softball program in 2020.

Prior to joining the staff at MIT, Constantin served as the Director of Operations for the East Coast Firecracker softball organization in Londonderry, NH. In that role, she oversaw and coordinated information for seven ECF teams ranging from 12u to 18u, developed player skill sets, coordinated fundraising events, scheduled tournaments and games and ran a strength and conditioning program.

Constantin has also served as the Director of Summer Softball Skills Camp for The Softball Company every year since 2016 and was a hitting and fielding instructor for Extra Innings in Wrentham, Mass from 2011-13.

Constantin was a four-year softball student-athlete for Division I Central Connecticut State University and led the Blue Devils to a pair of appearances in Northeast Conference (NEC) Tournament as well as an appearance in the NCAA Division I Championship Tournament as a freshman. She was an everyday infielder and offensively posted ten career home runs, 70 RBI and a batting average of .231 in 176 contests.

Constantin graduated from Central Connecticut State in 2018 with a degree in Exercise Science and is now a board certified exercise physiologist.
