Biography
2014-15: IRA All-Academic … one of MIT’s primary coxswains … guided the Varsity 8 crew through a pair of races in the fall, the Head of the Charles (10/19) and the Foot of the Charles (11/15) … coxed the V4A boat in the Knect Cup (4/11) … guided the 2V8 boat against Wisconsin (4/18) … moved back to the Varsity 8 for the final four races of the season, the Lightweight Invitational (4/19), Muri Cup (4/25), Dad Vail Regatta (5/8) and the IRA Championships (5/30) … helped the Engineers to a win at Dad Vail and to the petite finals at the IRAs.
2013-14: Coxswain of second varsity 8 crew … started the season in the Lightweight 4 entry at the Head of the Charles (10/20) … coxed the B4 boat at the Foot of the Charles (11/16) … coxed the 2V8 crew in all four of its races in the spring … also coxed the V4B entry at the Knecht Cup (4/12) … moved to the V4 boat in the Dad Vail Regatta (5/9) and IRA Championships (5/31).
2012-13: Served as one of the team’s coxswains … cox for the Club 4 boat in the Head of the Charles (10/20) … cox of the B4 crew in the Foot of the Charles (11/10) … coxed the 2nd varsity 8 boat in the Beanpot (3/30), the Knecht Cup (4/13), the Muri Cup … cox of the varsity 4 crew in the Knecht Cup (4/13) and at the IRA Championships (6/1).
