Courtney Zambello enters her second season on Madison Trotman's staff. Zambello will work primarily with the Engineer's pitching staff. 

A Sharon, Mass. native, Zambello is a former Division I pitcher at Merrimack College where she finished with a  25-17 record in 75 appearances. As a junior, she posted an 11-3 record lifting Merrimack to the NCAA tournament. 

She attended Cardinal Spellman High School and set the school record in career strikeouts, wins, shutouts, and no-hitters. She was also named to Boston Globe & Boston Herald All-Scholastic Teams.

Zambello is a certified athletic trainer and worked as the head athletic Trainer at Pembroke High School where she oversees all sports and assisted with the varsity softball team. She has also worked as the Head Softball Coach for the Mass Drifters U18 College Softball Showcase Team. Currently, she works as a Lab Manager in the MIT Research Laboratory of Electronics.
