Eric Ramos enters his first season as an assistant coach with the MIT women’s basketball program in 2025-26. This position is his first at the intercollegiate level after serving as an assistant coach for the varsity basketball team at Narragansett (Mass.) Regional High School for 10 seasons.

Ramos graduated from Fitchburg State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history.
