Hank Leung joins MIT this season while on sabbatical from hispost as the Executive Director of Michigan Phoenix SC. He has closeto five decades of experience in soccer at all levels, is a memberof the Soccer Hall of Fame (Virginia – Washington, D.C.) andis a three-time National Coach of the Year at the W League, NCAADivision I and youth level. Leung is currently a Region II ODPGirls Staff Coach and has previously been a Region I Girls ODP HeadCoach and a Region I Boys ODP Staff Coach.

Leung is a former U.S. National Team Coach, former U.S. NationalStaff Coach, a former Assistant Coach with the Philadelphia Fury ofthe NASL, as well as a former Director of Coaching for the VirginiaYouth Soccer Association, the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth SoccerAssociation and the former Eastern Pennsylvania SoccerAssociation.

As a collegiate women's head coach, Leung won an NCAA Division Inational championship with George Mason University.

Leung is a U.S. Soccer "A" License Coach, a U.S. Soccer NationalYouth License Coach, a graduate of the FIFA International Academyand a graduate of the KNVB (Dutch Soccer Federation) InternationalCoaching Course.
