Joshua Chang joins MIT as an Assistant Coach for his first season in 2025-26.

Chang brings Division I experience to the program after spending the past three seasons with Boston College Men’s Basketball as a Graduate Assistant / Assistant Video Coordinator (2023-2025) and Student Manager (2022). As a Graduate Assistant, Chang assisted the coaching staff with film breakdown, self and opponent scouting, recruiting, and statistical analysis. Chang also led instruction for the scout team to prepare players for upcoming opponents.

A 2023 graduate of Boston College, Chang served as an undergraduate manager during his senior year. Chang earned both his M.A. in Higher Education Administration (2025), and his B.S. in Management (2023) from Boston College.
