Lauren Erb begins her sixth season as an assistant coachfor MIT's swimming and diving program. She graduated fromMIT in 2001 with a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and servedas team captain for both the swimming and water polo teams. Erb wasa member of the 200 freestyle relay record-setting team andplaced in the top eight at the New England and NEWMACChampionships multiple times.

Currently, Erb works as the Executive Director of theCaring for Carcinoma Foundation and she is also the head coach of asummer recreation swimming team in the Boston area.
