Lauren Nadler joined the Engineers' coaching staff in August2008 and has been an integral part of the team's recent successincluding its 2009 NEWMAC Championship and its best winningpercentage and highest conference finish in 2010.

Prior to her arrival at MIT, Nadler held several coachingpositions with Eastern Mass FC. She joined the club in 2006 and hasworked with U14, U15, U16 and U17 girl's teams. Nadler was also theDirector of Coaching for the annual Leadership Summit for Girls, anevent designed to increase player development and promote wellnessfor girls ages 9-15 through the game of soccer.

As a player at Lesley University, Nadler was a two-year captainand finished in the top-10 in the North Atlantic Conference forassists her senior year. She also received an NSCAA Academic Awardand was a selected to the conference All-Academic Team her juniorand senior years. Nadler graduated from Lesley with a Bachelor ofScience degree in 2005. She continued her education at TuftsUniversity where she earned a master's degree in urban andenvironmental policy and planning in 2007.

Nadler has a NSCAA National Diploma and NSCAA State and RegionalGoalkeeping Diplomas.
